That question is what gave birth to Bayview Realty.
Our founders are not new to Pune’s real estate landscape. Between them, they carry a combined legacy of over 7,00,000 sq. ft. of residential development delivered across the city — built in partnership with some of Pune’s most trusted names in real estate. Over the years, they have worked across multiple successful joint ventures, gaining a rare, ground-level understanding of what separates a good home from a great one. The materials used. The spaces between walls. The quality of a morning when light falls just right through a well-placed window.
But somewhere along the way, a conviction took shape: it was time to build something of their own.

Having been a driving force behind more than 7,00,000 sq. ft. of residential development across the city — through carefully curated joint ventures with leading builders — he understands what it takes to deliver quality at scale without ever losing sight of the homeowner.
A firm believer in design-led development and transparent business practices, Mr. Hasmukh Gada founded Bayview Realty with a simple but powerful idea: to build homes that he would be proud to hand over to family.

Alakh Gada is the operational backbone of Bayview Realty, ensuring that every commitment made to a homeowner translates into action on the ground. With a background in engineering and project management, he brings a meticulous, process-driven approach to development — ensuring timelines are honoured, quality benchmarks are met, and every rupee of the homeowner's investment is treated with respect.
